..that following an audit of our business by the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment, Tenancy Compliance & Investigations team in March 2018. Tuscancity Property Management has satisfied the TCIT and achieved compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 on the 25th May 2018 and September 2020. From the initial visit, the team was satisfied that our tenancy agreements and operational procedures were compliant in the following areas: bond lodgement, collecting and recording rent payments, inspections, addressing maintenance issues, smoke alarms, Healthy Homes Compliance, and business operations such as giving tenants adequate notice and notifying them accordingly of any rent increases and lease terminations.

We were very pleased with the opportunity to welcome the TCIT at Tuscancity as it is fundamentally important to us that our business practices are compliant. With the many law changes in recent years, we have needed to adapt our property management services and ensure that these fit with the requirements of the RTA which is reassuring for both our valued Tenants and Landlords.

Not only will you benefit from Aaron’s passion, care and attention in the management of your properties, you will also benefit from his years of property related experience.

In 2000, Aaron obtained his license as a Real Estate sales broker and property manager in Boston, where he worked for 3 years with many tenants and landlords from different backgrounds.

He has been in the real estate industry over 11 years in New Zealand and specialises in the Central Auckland market. Aaron is passionate about his work and is focused on getting the best results for his clients.

Aaron’s interests include sports, as he was a professional soccer player competing in Europe, the UK and the United States for 8 years, also completing a degree in Sports and Leisure Management.
