..that following an audit of our business by the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment, Tenancy Compliance & Investigations team in March 2018. Tuscancity Property Management has satisfied the TCIT and achieved compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 on the 25th May 2018. From the initial visit the team were satisfied that our tenancy agreements and operational procedures were compliant in the following areas, bond lodgement, collecting and recording rent payments, inspections, addressing maintenance issues, smoke alarms and behaviours, such as giving tenants adequate notice and notifying them accordingly of any rent increase and terminations.
We were very pleased of the opportunity to welcome the TCIT at Tuscancity as it is fundamentally important to us that our business practices are compliant. With the many law changes in recent years we have needed to adapt our tenancy agreements and ensuring that these fit with the requirements of the RTA is reassuring for both our Tenants and Landlords.

In 2000, Aaron obtained his license as a Real Estate sales broker and property manager in Boston, where he worked for 3 years with many tenants and landlords from different backgrounds.
He has been in the real estate industry over 11 years in New Zealand and specialises in the Central Auckland market. Aaron is passionate about his work and is focused on getting the best results for his clients.
Aaron’s interests include sports, as he was a professional soccer player competing in Europe, the UK and the United States for 8 years, also completing a degree in Sports and Leisure Management.
Aaron is fluent in English, German and his native language, Turkish.

Ly has a background in customer service, after graduating with Bachelor’s of Hospitality Management, she migrated to New Zealand for higher studies and getting in a new industry. She is working as Assistant Property Manager with Tuscancity team give her lot of learning outcome and also it equips Ly with opportunities to meet many new friends with different cultural background.

After a number of years working as a Lawyer in her home country, Luisa decided to study a Business Management Degree in New Zealand. Property Management was the perfect compliment to her starting her career in New Zealand giving her the opportunity to interact with tenants and landlords in subjects relative to her background.
Her interests include art and sports and she is fluent in English and Spanish.

Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English helps her reach and answer enquiries from a diverse, international clientele.
After several years in hospitality, Sherie embarked on a career change into the Banking Industry where she worked in a Mobile Relationship Management Role and in particular within the mortgage sector.
Sherie is a life-long lover of traveling and her favourite past time is taking Riley the super cute Schnorkie for long walks.
Sherie is now turning her passion and love of Homewares along with her creative and diverse background to create an appealing space that is modern, warm and within a reasonable budget that works both for Landlords and Tenants.
