We are proud to announce...

..that following an audit of our business by the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment, Tenancy Compliance & Investigations team in March 2018. Tuscancity Property Management has satisfied the TCIT and achieved compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 on the 25th May 2018 and September 2020. From the initial visit the team were satisfied that our tenancy agreements and operational procedures were compliant in the following areas, bond lodgement, collecting and recording rent payments, inspections, addressing maintenance issues, smoke alarms and behaviours, such as giving tenants adequate notice and notifying them accordingly of any rent increase and terminations.

We were very pleased of the opportunity to welcome the TCIT at Tuscancity as it is fundamentally important to us that our business practices are compliant. With the many law changes in recent years we have needed to adapt our tenancy agreements and ensuring that these fit with the requirements of the RTA is reassuring for both our Tenants and Landlords.
